Online Versus Traditional School Setting - Wayne Hanson, Converge

For 19 Years, Julie Young has been involved in many different facets of education. Traditional classrooms, technology-enhanced classrooms, and now with the Florida Virtual School, as teacher, specialist and administrator. Young: If you compare a good online classroom and a good traditional classroom the differences are actually not as great as you might think. You don't have an opportunity to look a student in the eye and see their body language online or go up and hug them or pat them on the back and so forth but you can kind of do those things online.
