When Computers Won't Work, Schools Call for Mouse - AMY CORTESE

When computers break down in the New York City public schools, there is rarely an expert available to make things right. That is where the Mouse Squad comes in. The squad is a corps of student volunteers, a modern-day version of the A.V. teams that used to fix the slide projectors back when audio-visual equipment was the vanguard of technology in schools.
