INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATION LAUNCHES MINORITY LEADERSHIP WEB SITE

An interactive Web community designed to help meet the challenges of bridging the digital divide has been launched by alumni of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Minority Leadership Symposium. The ISTE Minority Leadership Project was initiated to continue and expand the work begun at the annual Minority Leadership Symposium at the National Educational Computing Conference (NECC). The Project includes a directory of leading professionals within the minority community, including contact information, area of expertise, and biographies (www.iste.org/minority-leadership/).
