Computer testing pilot wins educators' praise

Results of student statewide tests completed in minutes? A computer grading answers to essay questions? ... Actually, Indiana is quite serious about matching technology with its student testing programs. Beginning Monday and continuing through June 14, high school juniors -- 29,300 in all -- will take an English exam online as part of a pilot project that may usher in a new generation of automated statewide testing.
