Director, Office of Technology-Enhanced Learning, University of Illinois at Springfield (1997-current)

Founded unit in 1997 on grant from U of I Online.  Initiated, facilitated and suppored online programs and offerings (sixteen online degree programs with 1,500 student majors, more than 9,600 online class registrations, greater than 90% course completion rate over the past twelve months); coordinated faculty development and training in online pedagogy and technology; promoted online program nationally; expanded full time staff to five, plus Visiting Research Professor, Research Specialist, and Faculty Liaison academic hourly .  PI or co-PI on more than $3,600,000 in grants for online learning initiatives from major granting and contracting agencies including: Alfred P.
