Can't surf, won't surf - Tomos Livingstone, The Western
55% of Welsh adults do not use the internet MORE than half of Welsh people don't use the internet, and a quarter say they never will, according to a new report published this morning. Research by the Welsh Consumer Council highlights the high level of refusniks who see no benefit from using the internet. The findings will be a blow to both the Government in Westminster and the National Assembly, which is spending £100m promoting the use of broadband internet technology.
