Net usage up in Central and Eastern Europe
Feb 19 2003: The percentage of Internet users going online at least once a month in Central and Eastern Europe will reach 17 percent in 2003, according to IDC. The research company’s latest study suggests that Internet usage rates in the region is climbing steadily, particularly in Estonia and Slovenia where Internet penetration levels are on par with those in Western Europe.
