Or, in my case, something new - a vacuum cleaner, to be precise. She's named Roomba, and is manufactured by iRobot Corporation, just outside of Boston in Somerville, Mass. Like any case of infatuation, this one makes you throw out objectivity, but it's safe to say she's unlike any vacuum cleaner I've ever met....
