Power & Associates: Earthlink comes top in US ISP survey Earthlink has been ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction among dial-up Internet service providers (ISPs) in the US. The ISP also shares the top spot among high-speed providers, according to a new study from J.D. Power and Associates. Earthlink’s top ranking among dial-up ISPs was due to high scores for customer service, performance and reliability, image, and email service. AT&T Worldnet was the second best dial-up ISP, while NetZero, Juno, and BellSouth complete the top five dial-up ISPs in the US. Earthlink shared top spot in overall customer satisfaction among high-speed providers with Road Runner and Bell South....
