But there is much more than the strikingly unconventional appearance of its design, by Frank Gehry, that sets apart the newly completed $36 million home of the Weatherhead School of Management. Inside, literally hardwired into its sculptured whipped-cream-colored walls, are some of the most advanced technologies integrated into the classroom, its designers say. Paramount among them is the speediest broadband computer network at any school, capable of moving a billion bits of data per second. That is 10 to 100 times as fast as any other educational institution's network, said Lev Gonick, Case Western's chief information officer....
