INTEL WILL RESTART construction on a $2 billion chip-making plant in Ireland, bringing more chipmaking capacity online as it gears up for an eventual resumption in demand for its microprocessors, executives said.... Otellini also said Intel later this quarter will unveil its Pentium 4 processor running at 2.53 gigahertz — its fastest ever — and will bring to market a mobile Pentium 4 chip running at 2 gigahertz by mid-year....
