(U-WIRE) LINCOLN, Neb. -- You're looking on the Internet. You click on a link, and after a few seconds, "Page Not Found" appears on the screen. The link no longer works. This problem of broken links is called link rot. Little had been done to track the problem until two University of Nebraska-Lincoln professors decided to study how quickly sites were disappearing....
