At least that's the opinion of one school administrator who dealt with John Bailey when he was director of educational technology at the Pennsylvania Department of Education.... Bailey was recently appointed to direct the Office of Educational Technology (OET) at the Department of Education, replacing the Clinton administration's Linda Roberts. He is responsible for implementing educational technology policy at the national level....
