Wireless provider Nextel Communications Inc. said Thursday it will offer late this year a new BlackBerry that will let its users talk as well as send messages and e-mail. The device, designed jointly with Motorola Inc. and Research In Motion Ltd., is expected to be available to consumers during the fourth quarter of 2002....
