(U-WIRE) MILWAUKEE -- Music groups across the country may shake their heads but Marquette University students once again have access to music and video files like Napster, Limewire and Kazzaa. On Oct. 31, Information Technology Services blocked access to music and video files in order to speed up Marquette's network. However, Arthur Scheuber, ITS assistant vice president/CIO, said once filing sharing was banned, ITS saw that the real problem lied with Postmarq....
