Virus researchers at the Attack Registry and Intelligence Service, sponsored by SecurityFocus, a San Mateo, Calif.-based security firm, have found a new e-mail propagation vector in the worm that could reinitiate the worm's ability to spread within Microsoft networks and Web servers using Microsoft's IIS software....
