In comparison, only 20% are motivated to visit a site with new rich media enhancements. 2,194 individuals respond to Jupiter’s Consumer Survey, which also found that 36% of internet surfers would use a site more if it had a customizable layout, 31% would visit a site more if it had polling or chat features and 15% would visit more if the website could deliver information to a non-PC device. ...
