On another occasion, a male client apparently couldn’t bring him himself to make eye contact with me during a meeting. During another business meeting, a man sitting next to me exclaimed that he just “couldn’t stand to see women in senior-level positions.”... Even though I broke through the glass ceiling – and in the technology industry no less -- I realize the workplace is far from equal. That inequity prompts me to help younger women who are trying to earn positions in senior management....
