"We are cautiously optimistic that the impact of the infection stage of this particular variant of the code red worm ... has been minimized," said Ronald Dick, head of the FBI's National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), at a press conference late this evening at FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C....
