Today marks an important milestone for the future of the next-generation 802.11a wireless Ethernet protocol, which, if all goes well, could be on the market this fall. 802.11a is an updated version of the wireless Ethernet we're using today, capable of moving data through the air at up to 54 megabits per second. That's fast enough to make wireless home video a reality....
