In my March 20 column, I noted that RAM prices were lower than ever, but they seemed to be leveling off. At the time I was pleased to find a 128MB PC100 SDRAM module for around $60 delivered to me in New York. What a difference a few months can make when component prices are in a free-fall! For example, many people prefer Crucial Memory--it's a division of Micron Electronics, one of America's largest and most respected memory makers. Checking out Crucial.com, I found that a Crucial 128MB PC100 SDRAM module can now be delivered to me in New York for just $29.22! ....
