INTERESTS
My research utilizes a variety
of techniques to address questions such as the phylogenetic relationships among
angiosperms, patterns of evolution in multigene families and in transposons, and
the screening of plants for medicinal purposes.
Evolutionary relationships of oak species on a worldwide level.
Characterization of transposable elements (jumping genes) in the oak genome.
Evolution of multigene families.
